Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Cynthia Berry earns national Green Designation

Cynthia Berry, an agent with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Katy office, has been awarded the Green Designation by the National Association of Realtors.

“Our clients expect us to be advocates for green principles in the design and use of homes,” said Berry. “They understand the benefits of energy efficiency, radiant barriers and double-paned windows in making a home more economical. The Green Designation positions me to help our clients find eco-friendly, energy efficient homes where they can live more responsibly and more economically.”

Berry is a life-long Houstonian and has been a Katy resident for the past 16 years. She left a long career in corporate America to become a Realtor in 2008. Her interest in real estate began with her love of remodeling old houses. Berry, who owns a Victorian home on Galveston Island, said that as she was looking for a new property to remodel, she realized that she enjoyed the process so much that she should make a career change.

“I chose to work with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors because I was impressed with their ethical stance,” she said. “I could see that they had the same value system I do, which is to provide each client with the highest standard of customer service.”

Tracy Bogiel, manager of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors’ Katy office, said Berry’s energy and enthusiasm are major factors in the high level of customer service she offers and the success she has enjoyed as a Realtor. “Cindy works hard for every client. She is savvy about the market and always interested in enhancing her skills. It is a pleasure to have her on our team.”
