I hope they are caught and charged with capital murder or double homicide. It is sad that this type of stuff happens in suburbia. Our country can spend millions of dollars for the census fight wars that are not needed but not invest in our local communities, if that means taking a pay cut for other city services such as Council members salaries, and administration expenses.
