Ginger Hopper, a real estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty Katy at Cinco Ranch, has specialized in assisting seniors with the preparation and sale of their homes for three years.
She will showcase some of this experience at 11 a.m. July 29 at The Solana at Cinco Ranch, 24001 Cinco Village Center Blvd. A light lunch will be served after the free seminar.

“My sales for seniors this past year alone included newer and older free-standing homes, townhomes, condos, country homes on acreage and even large estates,” said Hopper.
“Like I will at The Solana, I work closely with the senior community staff the seniors are moving to so the move is as stress-free and quick as possible. I listen to their ideas, assess their needs and put a plan together,” explained Hopper.
Her services include providing a professional market analysis of their existing neighborhood and offering free staging of the homes to her clients. She and her seminar partner Susan Gaze of Tender Transitions, have a full service team to help seniors downsize, pack, contract for repairs and move.
