Andrew Josep Fontenot was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Fontenot's address is listed as 3910 Sherwood Lane, Houston, TX 77092.

Jose Santos Funez was arrested on alleged charges of EVADING ARREST DETENTION, evading arrest or detention, INS/IMMIGRATION and an INS immigration violation. Funez's address is listed as 315 Benmar 45, Houston, TX 77060.
