The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Aug. 9:

Brandon Oneil Durant, of 3322 Yellowstone Bvd, Houston, TX 77021, was arrested on alleged charges of THEFT PROP>=$50
Dennis Duncan Farmer was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ
Joseph Sharber Howell was arrested on alleged charges of SURETY TO SURR/FELONY and felony surety to surrender. Howell's address is listed as 2613 Center St., Houston, TX 77007.

Justin Rober Mckenzie was arrested on alleged charges of SURETY TO SURR/FELONY and felony surety to surrender. McKenzie's address is listed as 7606 Antyon Drive, Houston, TX 77008.
