Montgomery County arrests, Sept. 30

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Sept. 30:

Garrett Cole Benson, of 4415 Rosebay, Houston, TX 77018, was arrested on alleged charges of BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED and boating while intoxicated.

Allison Re Chancellor was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Chancellor's address is listed as 3019 Robinhood, Houston, TX 77005.

Ruben James Coffey was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Coffey's address is listed as 3523 Shanemoss Court, Houston, TX 77068.

Joshua Franci Engalla was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication. Engalla's address is listed as 14439 Terr. Bend, Cypress, TX 77429.

Roel Hernandez was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Hernandez's address is listed as 747 Gilpin, Houston, TX 77034.

Stephanie Jan Obrient was arrested on alleged charges of FORGERY OF A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, forgery of a government document, FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING, failure to identify giving, FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO and false, fictitious information. Nicholas Jeremy Oyler, of 7006 Trail Valley Way, Houston, TX 77086, was arrested on alleged charges of FAIL TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, failure to maintain financial responsibility, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, driving with an invalid license, FAILURE TO APPEAR CLASS C and failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor).
