Montgomery County arrests, Oct. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 9:

Tony Lee Cerda was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION, public intoxication, DISORDERLY CONDUCT and disorderly conduct. Cerda's address is listed as 14102 Burtcliff Road, Houston, TX 77060.

Gage Allen Elders, of 18627 N. Lyford Drive, Katy, TX 77449, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Candie Renee Morrison, of 22518 Sail Harbour Court, Katy, TX 77450, was arrested on alleged charges of assault with family violence and public intoxication.

Garrett Keith Sellars was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and driving while intoxicated. Sellars's address is listed as 9918 Hambleton Way Cir., Houston, TX 77065.
