Montgomery County arrests, Oct. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 31:

David Carter, of 9407 Westheimer Road #132a, Houston, TX 77063, was arrested on alleged charges of CAPIAS PROFINE/MISD and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Mario Antonio Chacon, of 6742 Clemson, Houston, TX 77052, was arrested on alleged charges of ORDER OF ARREST/FELONY and an order of arrest (felony).

Jerry Austin Greenhaw was arrested on alleged charges of ASSLT/FAM VIOL/CLASS C and assault with family violence. Greenhaw's address is listed as 11933 Anchick, Houston, TX 77076.

Larry John Piper, of 10618 W. Hidden Lake, Richmond, TX 77406, was arrested on alleged charges of falsifying a drug test falsification device and FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE.
