Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 9:

Mario Morale Aguilera was arrested on an alleged charge of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams). Aguilera's address is listed as 8822 Kentshire, Houston, TX 77078.

Bret Alan Ashworth, of 9206 Melrose, Houston, TX 77022, was arrested on an alleged charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence), judgement.

Ernesto Cerda was arrested on an alleged charge of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor. Cerda's address is listed as Greensville And, Houston, TX 77015.

Chau Minh Duong, of 1202 Sabine Brook Way, Houston, TX 77073, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated.

Zynishia Shunt Fluker, of 6255 W. Airport Blvd. #5a, Houston, TX 77035, was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Rudy D. Henderson, of 7355 Eisenhower, Houston, TX 77033, was arrested on an alleged charge of violation of parole.

Samuel Martinez was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram). Martinez's address is listed as 5526 Pinewood Springs, Houston, TX 77066.

Joey Erik Rincon, of 19027 Remington Parks, Houston, TX 77073, was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Golden Pecol Williams, of 8811 Boone Road, Houston, TX 77099, was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).
