Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, March 28

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following March 28 incident:

Krystal Nichera Holmes, 29, was arrested on charges of class "c" warrants. The incident occurred near Lilac Street, Katy, Texas.
