Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 24-30:

Melanie McKay Prokop, 53, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 4. Her defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Prokop was arrested on July 24 by Officer Papanos of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $600 bond on July 25.

Prokop is described as a 5-foot-6, 130 white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was born on October 10, 1958, in PA. Her last known address is 14118 Briarhills Pkwy., Houston.

Gilbert Salazar, 19, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 28. His defense attorney is William L Iii Pattillo.

Salazar was arrested on July 26 by Officer Ryan Simpson of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ

The case was dismissed on Sept. 23.

Salazar is described as a 5-foot-6, 130 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 8, 1992, in Texas. His last known address is 4542 Debeney, Houston.

Riccardo Maria Raciti, 21, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Tay E Bond.

Raciti was arrested on July 28 by Officer Angelina C. Flores of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on July 28. The bond was released on Nov. 30.

The case was dismissed on Nov. 30.

Raciti is described as a 6-foot-0, 350 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on January 29, 1991, in ROME, IT. His last known address is 2923 WeSt. Autumn Run Circle, Sugar Land.

Dedrick Domone Gordon, 35, plead Not Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Michael R Tiffin.

Gordon was arrested on July 29 by Officer Jacobs of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION* and *THEFT PROP>=$50

The case was dismissed on Aug. 5.

Gordon is described as a 5-foot-9, 155 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 24, 1976, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2210 Ryhme Court Road, Houston.

Derek Christopher Ladysh, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Ladysh was arrested on July 29 by Officer Salmassi of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $5,000 bond on July 30.

David Edward See, 28, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Rick Brass.

See was arrested on July 29 by Officer D Borchardt of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $600 bond on July 29.

See is described as a 5-foot-4, 150 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 9, 1983, in IL. His last known address is 15315 Rocky Bridge Lane, Cypress.

Sergio Oswaldo Llamas, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 4.

Llamas was arrested on July 30 by Officer Kennard of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on July 31. The bond was released on Dec. 20. The final judgment was on Dec. 20.

Llamas is described as a 5-foot-9, 175 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 26, 1988, in GT. His last known address is 123 Winkler Drive ive #97, Houston.

Martin Rivas-Quintero, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 17. His defense attorney is Jose E Mata.

Rivas-Quintero was arrested on July 30 by Officer Lyons M of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

On Aug. 19, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Rivas-Quintero is described as a 5-foot-4, 150 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 15, 1984, in Minnesota. His last known address is 16306 Luzerne Drive ive Unit B, Houston.
