Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 31-Aug. 6

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 31-Aug. 6:

In Hyuk Choi, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury he was charged with on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Dean Gehring.

Choi was arrested on July 31 by Officer Kennerly of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ*. Police reported one victim.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Aug. 1. The bond was released on Dec. 12. On Dec. 12, the case was deferred.

Choi is described as a 5-foot-10, 185 A 1 with black hair and black eyes. He was born on February 23, 1980, in KOREA, KR. His last known address is 101 Hollow Tree Lane # 9204, Houston.

Kathleen Louise Griffin, 46, was charged with boating while intoxicated on Aug. 8. Her defense attorney is Stephen D Jackson.

Griffin was arrested on July 31 by Officer Allen Biggerstaff of the TX PARKS AND WILDLIFE on charges of *BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED*.
