Montgomery County misdemeanors, Aug. 21-27

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 21-27:

Julie Rodriguez, 36, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on May 30. Her defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Antonio Ruiz Medina, 29, was charged with theft of property ($500 to $1,500) on Aug. 19.

Jodie Michelle Ryan, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 1. Her defense attorney is Darryl Spiller.
