Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 6-12:

Jimmy Frank Escobar, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of racing on the highway, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Nov. 9. His defense attorney is Joe Wells.

Escobar was arrested on Nov. 6 by Officer Lopez E of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *RACING ON HIGHWAY*.

Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Nov. 7. The bond was released on Jan. 9. On Jan. 9, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Carl Winston Gray, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of duty on striking a fixture or highway landscape (under $200), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 22.

Brandon Raoul Marlatt, 41, was charged with harassment on Sept. 29. His defense attorney is Chris Carlson.

Troy McLehany posted a $5,000 bond on Nov. 6.
