A Katy, man is facing misdemeanor charges of no seat belt passenger, violating a promise to appear, possession of marijuana 0 to 2 ounces, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without a texas operator's license after being arrested on January 6, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Jose Hernandez, 29 years old, resides at 5126 Peek Road, #14. He was booked on January 6, 2012.
