Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 2-8:

Louvasious Devon Moore, 36, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is Jarrod L Walker.

Moore was arrested on Jan. 2 by Officer Humphreys C of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Jan. 4. The bond was released on May 11.

The final judgment was on May 11.

Moore is described as a 5-foot-7, 240 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 17, 1975, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 16966 Northchase Drive ive #404, Houston.

Carey Dion Pennamon, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 27. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Pennamon was arrested on Jan. 4 by Officer Ward Adams of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 5. The bond was released on Nov. 16.

On Nov. 16, the case was deferred.

Pennamon is described as a 5-foot-10, 195 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 16, 1971, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 8300 Cyn. #1217, Houston.

Cesario Gutierrez Jr., 38, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Samantha Malfitano.

Gutierrez was arrested on Jan. 5 by Officer Lopez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 6. The bond was released on May 11.

On May 11, the defendant received a straight fine.

Gutierrez is described as a 5-foot-6, 158 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 17, 1973, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2427 Shilder, Houston.

Stephen Martin Gutierrez, 29, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Gutierrez was arrested on Jan. 5 by Officer E Lopez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 6. The bond was released on April 13.

On April 13, the defendant received a straight fine.

Jerry Michael Durbin, 51, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 27. His defense attorney is John J Perez.

Durbin was arrested on Jan. 6 by Officer Jasonis of the Rural Fire Protection Services on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 7. The bond was released on April 11.

The case was dismissed on April 11.

Durbin is described as a 6-foot-2, 220 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 6, 1961, in Texas. His last known address is 5602 Apgar St., Houston.

Ray Anthony Murphy Jr., 29, plead Guilty to a charge of burglary of a vehicle he was charged with on Jan. 18. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Murphy was arrested on Jan. 6 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *BURGLARY OF VEHICLE*. Police reported one victim.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $750 bond on Jan. 7. The bond was released on Sept. 12.

On Sept. 12, the defendant received a straight fine.

Murphy is described as a 5-foot-7, 215 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 29, 1982, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 11334 Clover Green Lane, Houston.

Anaya Celestino, 45, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Ruben Franco (Jr.).

Celestino was arrested on Jan. 7 by Officer Jasonis of the Rural Fire Protection Services on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

The case was dismissed on Jan. 14.

Celestino is described as a 5-foot-8, 175 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 19, 1966, in Minnesota. His last known address is 8023 MaSt. erson, Houston.

Tony Dale Pierson, 50, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 18.

Pierson was arrested on Jan. 7 by Officer Lopez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

On Jan. 21, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Pierson is described as a 5-foot-9, 190 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on September 17, 1961, in FL. His last known address is 5523 Rotan Road, Houston.

Steve Thomas Woerner, 50, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Janet Celeste Blackburn.

Woerner was arrested on Jan. 7 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Jan. 8. The bond was released on June 29.

On June 29, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Arturo Flores-Valdez, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of displaying a fictitious or counterfeit inspection certificate or insurance document, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 27.

Flores-Valdez was arrested on Jan. 8 by Officer M Teske of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FICTITIOUS COUNTERFEIT INSP/INS DOC FOR DISPLAY*.

Cash Bond posted a $1,000 bond on Jan. 9. The bond was released on Feb. 15.

On Feb. 15, the defendant received a straight fine.

Flores-Valdez is described as a 5-foot-8, 145 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 25, 1984, in Minnesota. His last known address is 225 Aldine Bender #115, Houston.
