Montgomery County arrests, Dec. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 31:

Francisco Hernandez, of 2101 Turner Drive, Houston, TX 77093, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and proh sub corr facil alcohol, drug, phone, tobacco.

Rodney Ne Koutahzadeh, of 101 E. Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77022, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Chase Allen Roberts was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear. Roberts's address is listed as 12602 Mill Wheel Lane, Houston, TX 77070.

William David Swick was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd. Swick's address is listed as 9449 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77063.

Jason Brook Wilson was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more). Wilson's address is listed as 12820 Greenwood Forest Drive Apt 1523, Houston, TX 77066.

The Houston Police Department received 70 calls reporting collisions on Dec. 31. These included the following nearby incidents:

A major collision involving a person who failed to stop and render aid was reported at 15923 Ih 10 at 12:50 a.m. It took until 12:53 a.m. to clear the collision. The incident number is 167829111.

At 8:11 p.m., an unspecified collision was reported at 8218 Elrod Street Road East. Houston police arrived at 5:13 a.m. The collision was cleared by 5:54 a.m. The incident number is 167903011.

At 8:11 p.m., a minor collision was reported at 922 Victory Drive Nblv. The collision was cleared by 3:53 p.m. The incident number is 168055811.

A minor collision involving a person who failed to stop and give information was reported at 920 Victory Drive Nblv at 3:49 p.m. Houston police were dispatched at 3:52 p.m. and arrived at 3:55 p.m. It took until 6:59 p.m. to clear the collision. The incident number is 168056011.
