Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 19-25

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 19-25:

Canales Antonia Carolina, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-166 failure to control speed, she was charged with on Oct. 18. Her defense attorney is Charles French.

Carolina was arrested on June 19 by the WILLIS PD on charges of *FAIL TO CONTROL SPEED/ *.

French, Charles Atty posted a $159 bond on Aug. 23. The bond was released on Feb. 6.

On Feb. 6, the case was deferred.

She was born on August 21, 1986. Her last known address is 11814 South Kathy Ave., Houston.

Reyes Carolina, 45, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on June 23. Her defense attorney is Lawrence McCotter.

Carolina was arrested on June 19 by Officer Clinton Clifton of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. Police reported one victim.

On June 24, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Carolina is described as a 5-foot-4, 140 white with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on January 17, 1967, in Minnesota. Her last known address is Unknown, Houston.

Cruz Nava Torres, 37, was charged with driving while intoxicated on June 23.

Torres was arrested on June 19 by Officer Boyas of the Rural Fire Protection Services on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on June 19.

Torres is described as a 5-foot-11, 190 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 4, 1974, in IN. His last known address is 20303 Caroline Way Court, Houston.

Roman Duane Blount, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 23.

Blount was arrested on June 20 by Officer Henry Brice Herring of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

On June 24, the defendant received a straight fine.

Blount is described as a 6-foot-1, 155 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 13, 1988, in KLAMITH FALLS, OR. His last known address is 10060 Old Katy Road, Houston.

Hone Crysanna Jo, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on June 29.

Jo was arrested on June 21 by Officer Vogel of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 21. The bond was released on July 26.

On July 26, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Jo is described as a 5-foot-5, 145 white with blond hair and brown eyes. She was born on July 23, 1979, in BOISE, ID. Her last known address is 4400 Memorial Drive #3013, Houston.

Anthony George Stubblefield, 49, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on June 28. His defense attorney is Grant Stevens.

Stubblefield was arrested on June 21 by Officer Willis S of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 23. The bond was forfeited on Oct. 25.

Stubblefield is described as a 5-foot-7, 200 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 31, 1962, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 5511 Harper ForeSt. Drive ive, Houston.

Richard Allen Clark, 28, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 29. His defense attorney is Willis Everett Smith.

Clark was arrested on June 22 by Officer Woods of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 27. The bond was released on Sept. 27.

On Sept. 27, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Victor Deleon Jr., 28, was charged with resisting arrest, search or transport on June 28. His defense attorney is Edward Sillas.

Benny J. Peters, 38, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence) he was charged with on July 14. His defense attorney is Gregory Lee Gaines.

Peters was arrested on June 22 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Taylor Wayne Lovett, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 7.

On Sept. 16, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Johnny Robert Sutton, 55, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 7. His defense attorney is George J . Parnham.

Sutton was arrested on June 25 by Officer Thomas Thompson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 25. The bond was released on Oct. 11.

The case was dismissed on Oct. 11.

Faith Connor Hamburg Released

Faith Connor Hamburg has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mrs. Hamburg's bond was set at $2,500. She is listed as living at 507 Province in Katy (77450). Hamburg was reportedly arrested on June 18, 2011 on one charge of driving while intoxicated (second-time offender, blood alcohol content .08). Read more...
