Raynor Oran Campbell went 2 for 4 with one RBI and scored a run in the Augusta GreenJackets's 5-1 loss to the Charleston RiverDogs on Thursday. Campbell graduated from Katy Taylor High School.

Campbell is a 2006 graduate of Taylor High School who went on to play four seasons (2007 to 2010) of college baseball at Baylor. He played in 208 career games for the Bears posting a batting average of .305 with 24 homers and 127 RBIs. He was taken by San Francisco in the 14th round (438th overall) in the 2010 draft. He began his pro career that year with Salem-Kaizer of the Northwest League (short-season class-A) batting .261 with three home runs and 22 RBIs in 45 games.
