Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, Jan. 31

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Tuesday, Jan. 31:

Bruce Allen Crawford was indicted in the 410th District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated (3rd or more).

Crawford is 53 years old, and resides in the P.O. Box 19483, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, Nov. 18. Crawford was arrested that same day.

Earl L. 936/539-4600 Pryor is Crawford's attorney.

Israel Andrew Velazquez was indicted in the 410th District Court on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear.

Velazquez is 23 years old, and resides in the 3001 Wardmont St., Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, Jan. 6. Velazquez was arrested Monday, May 23.

Brazoria County bonds, Jan. 31

On Jan. 31, Brazoria County Sheriff reported on the following bonds:

A $1,500 bail bond was posted for Shambe Terell Manuel, 38. Manuel was confined on Jan. 31 on a charge of falsifying a drug test falsification device and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). He was released on Jan. 31.

The bondsman is listed as A and H Bail Bonds, Geraldine Hester, at 4508 West Brdwy., Pearland.

Manuel is described as a 5-foot-9 black male. He is 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He resides at 3439 Brookston, Houston.

A $50,000 bail bond was posted for Quan Truong, 19. Truong was confined on Jan. 20 on a charge of manufacture, delivery controlled substance penalty grade 3/4. He was released on Jan. 20.

The bondsman is listed as Rapido Bail Bond Co, at 1110 Front St. Suite B, Richmond.

Truong is described as a 5-foot-10 Asian male. He is 135 pounds with black hair and black eyes. He resides at 11814 Plumbrook, Houston.

A $500 bail bond was posted for Brenda Lee Williams, 53. Williams was confined on Jan. 31 on a charge of theft by check. She was released on Jan. 31.

Christopher Otis Kirk has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Kirk's bond was set at $2,000. He is listed as living at 2106 Townhall in Katy (77449).
