    The Lone Star College System is poised to start construction on a full-service satellite college center near the border that separates the Cypress-Fairbanks and Katy independent school districts on Clay Road.

    The University of Houston-Victoria School of Business Administration is expanding its business degree offerings in the fall to include the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of Houston System at Cinco Ranch.
