Suzanne Rehak photoAccording to Houston’s Foreclosure Information & Listing Service, foreclosure postings were up 32 percent last year in Fort Bend County, from 5,398 in 2008 to 7,151 in 2009.

But the Katy area reported a 9 percent drop last year.
