Katy students qualify for Destination ImagiNation finals

After finishing in first place in the regional level and fourth in the state level competitions, Katy Elementary's Tie D.I.ers have qualified to compete in the Global Finals for Destination ImagiNation May 23 in Knoxville, Tenn.
Destination ImagiNation is an organization which provides educational challenges for students to enhance creativity, teamwork and problem solving. This will be the first trip to the Global Finals for the Katy Elementary team.
