Construction is finally complete on the Park Row expansion project between Barker Cypress Road and Greenhouse Road near the new Texas Children's West Campus and Methodist hospitals.
A partnership between Harris County Precinct 3, Wolff Companies and area landowners, the new road will improve mobility in the area and increase access to the new hospitals expected to open later this year.
The new road will also aid motorists who travel east on Park Row during peak traffic hours to and from businesses along the Energy Corridor.
"As developers of Ten Oaks, as well as Park 10, located immediately east of the new Medical Center - West, we felt it was important to work collaboratively with Precinct 3 to complete the last segment of Park Row from State Highway 6 to Katy," David W. Hightower, executive vice president of Wolff Companies, said in a press release.
