Katy man sues over car accident
A man is suing after being involved in a car accident.
Joseph Brashear filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 14, stating that Robert Diaz failed to drive safely when, while driving Misael Conde's car in Brownsville, Texas, he suddenly and without warning crashed into the rear of Brashear's car. According to the suit, Conde failed to act in a responsible and prudent manner when he allowed Diaz, a habitually reckless and incompetent driver, to operate his car.
In his suit, Brashear alleges he suffered physical injuries and mental anguish as a result of Diaz's reckless driving.
It was the responsibility of Diaz, he says, to drive safely. In addition, Conde should not have let Dias, an unskilled driver, operate his car.
Brashear is being represented by Houston attorney Rex Frazar. He is seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
