Katy woman sued over dog attack
Parents are suing after, they say, a pit bull/boxer mix attacked their children.
Robert and Maricruz Stagg filed a lawsuit on Dec. 27 in the Harris County District Court against Lisa Marshall, of Katy, alleging negligence.
The Staggs say that on Oct. 1, 2009, they were on Marshall’s property when her put bull/boxer mix attacked and bit her children.
The Staggs are seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
They are being represented in the case by Houston attorney Frode Willumsen.
