Custom home builder sues over Cinco Ranch property
A Memorial-area builder specializing in luxury custom homes is suing over labor provided and materials supplied.
Villagio Builders in Memorial filed a lawsuit on Jan. 18 in the Harris County District Court against Cinco Paws, alleging breach of contract and misapplication of construction trust funds.
The plaintiff says that Cinco Paws hired it to perform general construction on its property located at 1440 Katy Fort Bend Road. According to the brief, the defendants conspired with others to defraud Villagio Builders for materials supplied.
Villagio Builders is seeking over $305,000 in damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Karalynn Cromeens.
