Deputies need help on Katy cold case
COLD CASE: The Harris County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Unit is working on solving the murder of Katy-area real estate agent Ester Collins.
Investigators have opened a Katy cold case from 1987 and are looking for help.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Unit is working on solving the murder of Katy-area real estate agent Ester Collins.
On Friday, Nov. 6, 1987, Collins was working as a sales representative for Standard Pacific Homes. At approximately 4:15 p.m., she was found bound and stabbed to death inside a model home at 22307 Kent Falls Drive in the Cornerstone subdivision. Collins, 35, was the mother of two.
