Taylor High School students to stage dinner theater fundraiser

The Taylor High School (THS) PlayMakers will present a night of dinner theater and a silent auction on Thursday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the THS Commons.

Guests who attend will get to bid on numerous auction items, have dinner provided by Lasagna House III and take in a performance of this year's UIL One-Act Play, “The Marriage of Bette and Boo.”

The play tells the story of the complex marriage of Bette and Boo, as told by their only son, and the three decades of marriage, divorce, alcoholism and nervous breakdowns, which are played out in 33 quick scenes.

Tickets for the evening are $5. Proceeds benefit the PlayMakers Senior Scholarship Program.

The THS Commons is located at 7555 Howell Sugar Land Road.
