Authorities have arrested a Katy man after allegedly finding child pornography on his home computers.
Kenneth Wayne Hutchins, 56, of 5019 Forthbridge Drive, has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography after authorities executed a search warrant on Jan. 6 at his Katy home, according to the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
ICAC forensic agents allege that when they analyzed computers and external devices found in Hutchins home, they discovered hundreds of videos and digital images showing children under 17, including 2-year-olds, involved in sexual acts.
