The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Feb. 2 through Feb. 4:

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Department on a felony charge of possession of marijuana (5 to 50 pounds), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 30-year-old black male lives on Nelva Park Drive, in Katy.

A man was arrested on a charge of speeding on Feb. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 2, and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides on Oak Rain Court.

A Katy man is facing a felony charge of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram) after being arrested Feb. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 32 years old, resides on Parkbend. He was booked Feb. 3.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Department on a felony charge of possession of marijuana (5 to 50 pounds), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 30-year-old black male lives on Nelva Park Drive, in Katy.

A Katy man is facing a misdemeanor charge of theft ($500 to $1,500) after being arrested Feb. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23 years old, resides on West Fernhurst. He was booked Feb. 4.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Department on a misdemeanor charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 31-year-old white female lives on Park Row, in Houston.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of failure to stop and give information, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 50-year-old white female lives on Park Row, in Houston.

A woman was arrested on a charge of trespassing on property or in a building (no departure) on Feb. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 17-year-old black female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 3, and is facing a misdemeanor charge. She resides on Southaven.

A man was arrested on a charge of theft between $50 and $500 on Feb. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 46-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 4, and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides on Park Row.

A woman was arrested on charges of failure to produce a driver's license on demand, two counts of speeding, minor possession of an alcoholic beverage, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without a Texas operator's license on Feb. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old white female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 4, and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides on Tara Way.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Department on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense, blood alcohol concentration 0.08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 36-year-old white male lives on Southaven Drive, in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of accident involving injury or death Feb. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 4, and is facing a felony charge. He resides on Sage Pointe Court.
