Bistro Provence declares Fat Tuesday crepe day
Bistro Provence will offer a variety of crepes all day in celebration of Fat Tuesday on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Customers can choose from chicken and mushroom, smoked salmon and raifort, banana and Nutella or red berry crepes for lunch and dinner.
The crepes will replace Bistro Provence’s usual Fat Tuesday special of pancakes in celebration of the crepe tradition from the Provence region of France.
The restaurant features several French foods from the Provence region.
Bistro Provence is located at 1316 Memorial Drive in Houston.
