Annual Midtown Art in the Park event returning
Artists and lovers of art are invited to attend the sixth annual Midtown Art in the Park event.
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 14 at Elizabeth Baldwin Park, located at 1702 Elgin at Chenevert, visitors can view pieces made by artists in the region, hear live music provided by local musicians from the Houston music scene, and enjoy some food.
This art festival brings artists who work in a wide range of mediums, from photography, painting and pottery to sculpture, jewelry and hand-blown glass. Admission is free, and bike racks will be available. For more information, visit www.midtownartinthepark.com.
