Q: You are battling a rare and dangerous form of cancer in your jaw, how do you
keep your spirits up?
A: I play with my sister
Q: So you hang out with your sister a lot?
A: No, I wouldn’t say we hang out a lot. She’s ok.
Q: What is your favorite thing about playing football?
A: As a linebacker, I love sacking the quarterback

Q: What do you think about all the trips you have to make to the doctor for
chemo?
A: They are yucky
Q: What are the most painful things you have to go through now?
A: Right now, the worst thing is when they go in and access my port, that hurts
a lot.
Q: Who are your favorite NFL players?
A: Kareem Jackson, Cam Newton and Michael Vick
Q: Do you think you could sack Cam Newton?
A: No! He is too fast and too tall!
Q: Do you think that you can sack this cancer that you have?
A: Yes sir.
Q: When is your birthday?
A: August 22nd, 2002
Q: Have you ever met any famous athletes?
A: Yes, Kareem Jackson from the Houston Texans. He gave us tickets, and we got
to go on the field, and he gave me some Christmas presents too.
Q: Is there something that cancer has taught you, or inspired you to do?
A: Yes. My mom and I are putting together a non-profit organization to help
other kids with cancer.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Meatloaf
Q: What is your least favorite food?
A: Broccoli
