Arrest report for Feb. 18

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Feb. 16 through Feb. 18:

A Katy man was arrested and charged with three counts of displaying an expired Texas registration, changing name, address later than 30 days, two counts of motor vehicle inspection sticker/motor vehicle inspection, driving with defective head lights, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and theft by check on Feb. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 46 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 18 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Whispering Wind.

A man was arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury and failure to stop and give information on Feb. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 17 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Yorkway.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .15 on Feb. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 38-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 17 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in Navajo Trail.

A Katy woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested on Feb. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 42 years old, resides in Fawnbrook Court. She was booked on Feb. 20.

A woman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Feb. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 47-year-old white female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 18 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. She resides in Jan Court.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 18-year-old white female lives in Foxtree Lane in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of speeding, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 19-year-old white male lives in Western Meadows in Katy.

A man was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and speeding on Feb. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 36-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 17 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Westgreen.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving with expired registration and speeding on Feb. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 35 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 18 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Auburn.

A Katy man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .15 after being arrested on Feb. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22 years old, resides in Franz Road. He was booked on Feb. 18.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 18-year-old black male lives in Swordfern in Katy.

A Katy man is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after being arrested on Feb. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24 years old, resides in Nottingham Drive. He was booked on Feb. 19.
