Tony Montalbano drives in one for Charlotte 49ers
Tony Montalbano, a 2008 graduate of Seven Lakes High School, recorded one RBI as the Charlotte 49ers fell to Dallas Baptist University 6-4 in men's college baseball action on Friday.
Montalbano also went 2-3 in the game.
During his senior season at Seven Lakes, Montalbano batted .400 to earn team MVP honors and was also named first-team all-district and to the greater Houston area team.
Before attending UNC-Charlotte, Montalbano played one season at Bossier Parish Junior College in Louisiana.
He is the son of Janice and Tony Montalbano.
