Bistro Provence presents French Easter menu
Bistro Provence will offer a three-course menu in honor of the Easter holiday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 8.
Seasonal French specialties will be served for $39 per person, and a two-course children's menu will be offered for $20, not including gratuity or tax. The menu was created to allow guests to experience Easter cuisine in the south of France.
The menu is as follows:
First course (choose one): Egg cocotte on a bed of artichokes and arugula, fava bean soup and bacon bites or shrimp and papayas on a rosemary skewer with pesto sauce
Second course (choose one): Marinated salmon, eggs Bénédicte and hollandaise sauce; petite beef filet, roasted potatoes, fresh peas and Béarnaise sauce; chicken with crawfish cream sauce, pilaf rice; or catch "du jour," carrots and turnips julienne, ginger beurre blanc
Dessert (choose one): Chocolate and raspberry mousse or lemon meringue tart
Reservations are required. A 48-hour cancelation window will be allowed, but $25 will be charged if guest is unable to attend and no notice is given.
