Arrest report for May 24-26

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Thursday, May 24 to Saturday, May 26:

A Katy man is facing a felony charge of motion to revoke parole after being arrested on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 36, was booked on May 24.

A Houston man is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges of assault of a family member, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, driving with expired registration, driving with an invalid license and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance after being arrested on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 38, was booked on May 24.

A man was arrested on charges of speeding; failure to stop at the designated point; and possession, purchase, consumption or receipt of tobacco by a minor or sale to a minor on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 24 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides on Mallard Lake Lane.

A Katy woman was arrested and charged with prostitution nonpublic offender on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 29, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Friday, May 25 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides on Park Row.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with assault by a family member on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 41, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 26 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides on Oakwell Lane.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces in a drug-free zone on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 17-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 25 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of burglary with intent to commit another felony, criminal mischief ($500-$1,500), criminal trespassing and criminal mischief ($50-$500), the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old white male lives in Katy.

A man was arrested on charges of possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 25 and is facing class A misdemeanor charges. He resides on Highland Trail.

A Katy man is facing a state felony charge of possession of less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance after being arrested on May 26, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23, was booked on May 26.
