High school teacher acquires Katy 3BD

Logan S. Snyder and Lindsay A. Snyder acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 0 Cedarsham Lane in Katy from Cornelius Anthony and Sherryl Anthony on Nov. 3.

The Anthonys acquired the home in the Westfield subdivision from Maplewood Homes Ltd. and Maplewood Management Corporation in June 2005. The 1,645-square-foot property is valued at $94,768.

Mr. Snyder is a teacher at Hastings High School.

He graduated from St. Mary's University in 2008, with a double major in biology and in exercise and sports science.
