Rita Willingham and the estate of Jean Ann Crisp Ramsey transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1131 Dominion Drive in Katy to Julie R. Elrod on Jan. 24.

Ramsey acquired the property from Daniel and Karen Vesely in June 2002. The 2,266-square-foot house in Nottingham Country was built in 1985. It is valued at $172,500.

Ms. Ramsey was a computer analyst. She also served as a math teacher at Northbrook High School in Houston and at Memorial Parkway Junior High in Katy.

She received a B.S. in mathematics from Texas Tech University.

She died in Aug. 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,002 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
