Bruce and Wanda Hall acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 23202 Colony Green Drive in Katy from Michael J. Rugen and his wife, Julie, on Feb. 18.
The 3,379-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Cinco Ranch. It is part of the Cinco Ranch Meadow Place subdivision and is valued at $221,475.
Mr. Rugen, a certified public accountant, serves the chief financial officer of Tengasco, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and recovery industry. Prior to joining to Tengasco, he was a vice president of accounting and finance for Nighthawk Oilfield Services. He earned a B.S. in accounting in 1982 from Indiana University.
