The estate of Mary A. Kosut has listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 1503 Norwalk Drive in Katy for $230,000.

Kosut acquired the property in May 2009. The 2,970-square-foot home was built in 1982 in Nottingham Country. Bettie Jones of Re/Max of Texas is the listing agent.

Kosut worked during World War II as a secretary for Railway Express, Binswanger Glass and the U.S. Maritime Commission at Todd Shipyard.

She graduated from Durham Business College.

She passed away on July 14.
