Todd Swaney and Jennifer Swaney have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 20307 Hampshire Rocks Drive in Katy for $210,000.

The Swaneys acquired the property in January 2005. The 2,784-square-foot home was built in 1984 in the Mason Creek Park subdivision. Stephen Reddell of Re/Max Cinco Ranch is the listing agent.

Todd Swaney is vice president of operations at Lumenate, a technical consulting firm focused on storage and business continuity. He previously served as the vice president of operations at Troubadour. He has also worked as a cabling project coordinator at Pfeiffer & Son.

He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Texas A&M University.
