Fredrick Reeder and Patricia Reeder have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 19514 Colony Trail Lane in Katy for $190,000.

The Reeders acquired the property in November 2004, the same year the 2,402-square-foot home was built in the Windstone Colony subdivision. Armando Franco of Re/Max Real Estate Associates is the listing agent.

Fredrick Reeder served as a senior instructor at Qatargas, a liquefied natural gas company in Qatar. Before that, he served as a process trainer at Saudi Chevron Phillips Co., at Jubail Chevron Phillips Co. and at Saudi Polymers Co. He has also held a variety of positions at Kuwait Petroleum Corp., Black & Veatch, Saudi Aramco, Shell Oil Co., Stone & Webster, EGP Fuels, PT Tri Polyta, M.W. Kellogg Limited, Himont USA and Texaco.

He studied sociology at Doane College.
