Arrest report for June 17-20

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sunday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 20:

A man was arrested on charges of failure to control speed, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without a Texas operator's license and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on June 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 17 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges.

A Katy woman is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of theft between $50-$500 after being arrested on June 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 17, resides on Ranch Hollow Court. She was booked on Monday, June 18.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of assault of a family member and failure to attend school, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old white female lives on Heathergold Drive in Houston.

A Houston woman is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) after being arrested on Tuesday, June 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 26, resides on Park Bend Drive. She was booked on June 20.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of federal prisoner, assault of a family member and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty grade 1 (one to four grams), the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 36-year-old white male lives in Katy.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with assault of a family member and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle on June 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 21, was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 20 and is facing class A misdemeanor and third-degree felony charges.

A Katy man is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of interfering with an emergency telephone call after being arrested on June 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 31, resides on Park Lane. He was booked on June 20.

A woman was arrested on a charge of impeding traffic on June 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 30-year-old black female was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 20 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. She resides on Dominion Drive.
