Equipment services co. founder sells Katy 5BD

Jerry W. Humphrey and Tracy D. Humphrey transferred a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 22506 Oak Mist Ln. in Katy to Scott and Jennifer Schneider on Feb. 11.

The 4,589-square-foot house in Grand Lakes, which was built in 2000, is valued at $424,860.

Mr. Humphrey is founder and president of Jhump & Associates, a Houston-based provider of marketing, business development, labor, and equipment services in the oil and gas industry. He previously served as vice president of operations support of TODCO.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,468 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
