Architectural firm exec buys 4BD in Cinco Ranch

James S. Yoshimura and Tera L. Yoshimura bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4014 Garden Branch Court in Katy from Steven A. Nordlander and Kate C. Nordlander on May 6.

The Nordlanders acquired the property in Sept. 3. The 3,598-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in Cinco Ranch. It is located in the Cinco at Willow Fork subdivision, and is valued at $329,080.

Mr. Yoshimura is a senior regional vice president at Experis, an infrastructure architecture firm focusing on designing, building and supporting the IT infrastructure. Previously, he served as managing director at COMSYS.

He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,331 sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
