Xiaoliang Tang and Wenyan Zhang acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 25227 Sierra Woods Lane in Katy from John Lee Pessarra and Lisa G. Jordan-Pessarra on June 20.

The 2,222-square-foot house was built in 2005. Lisa G. Jordan acquired the home in the Parkway Oaks subdivision in July 2007 from John R. Bedore. It is valued at $155,120.

Mr. Pessarra is the founder of Lakewood Capital Management, Inc., an investment advisory services company. Prior to founding LCMI, he was a senior portfolio manager in a major mutual fund institution. He was also a certified public accountant in the state of Texas for 15 years.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Sam Houston State Unviersity.
