Juan F. Luongo and Inger M. Luongo bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 24219 Falcon Point Drive in Katy from Sirva Relocation Credit LLC on Dec. 2.

The 3,968-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Falcon Point subdivision. It is valued at $296,810.

Juan Luongo serves as director of AiChE flow assurance forum and flow assurance manager at Technip USA. Prior to this, he worked as a business development manager at Multiphase Solutions, Inc., a company that provides engineering and consulting services on flow assurance, multiphase flow simulation, topsides dynamic simulation and computation fluid dynamics.

He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
