Oilfield services co. VP sells Kelliwood Greens 5BD

Umberto Marseglia and Marisa Viviana Marseglia sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 21310 Kelliwood Greens Drive in Katy to John Carroll and Anne Carroll on Dec. 19.

The Marseglias acquired the home from Bradley R. Benedict and Lois P. Benedict in December 2010. The 4,507-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Kelliwood. It is located in the Kelliwood Greens subdivision, and is valued at $369,090.

Umberto Marseglia is vice president of global business at Calfrac Well Services, an oilfield services corporation. He previously worked at Schlumberger, where he has served in different oilfield management positions in Latin America, Europe, Africa, USA and the Middle East. He began his career at Schlumberger in a field engineer position in September 1989.

He attended Harvard Business School and Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
